Mobile Home Park Inspections
The Environmental Health Division is responsible for inspecting and permitting mobile home parks located in Calvert County. These inspections include testing of the water supply, proper sewage disposal and vermin control in and around the site.
Concerns or complaints about the operation of a mobile home park in Calvert County may be filed on-line at the “Environmental Complaint” page or call 410-535-3922.
An annual permit fee of $5.00 per lot is required to operate a mobile home park in Calvert County.
