Calvert County Behavioral Health

The mission of Calvert County Behavioral Health is to provide comprehensive, integrated behavioral health services that promote the health, resilience, and quality of life of our community members.

The Health Department is committed to providing access to effective substance abuse treatment services to residents of all ages in Calvert County. We also want to build a system that supports research base prevention strategies and activities at the community level.

Prescription Drug Abuse is on the Rise

Calvert Substance Abuse Services offers prevention, intervention, treatment, and recovery services. The following programs are available: Guiding Good Choices, Training for Intervention Procedures, ASAM Level 0.5 Early Intervention, Level I Outpatient, Level II.1 Intensive Outpatient, continuing care, Buprenorphine assessments and referrals, and inpatient treatment assessments and referrals.
