Behavioral Health

The mission of Calvert County Behavioral Health is to provide comprehensive, integrated behavioral health services that promote the health, resilience, and quality of life of our community members.

The Health Department is committed to providing services to individuals of all ages who have mental, emotional, and substance use issues. Our providers offer programs and services tailored to each patient in a safe and respectful environment.

Calvert County Behavioral Health offers: behavioral health assessments, individual/group/family counseling, Outpatient Mental Health Clinic, substance related education treatment, ASAM substance abuse Level 1 Outpatient Treatment, ASAM substance abuse Level 2.1 Intensive Outpatient Treatment, medication evaluations, medication management, medication-assisted treatment, school-based behavioral health, jail-based behavioral health, court diversion program, shelter plus-care housing, substance related prevention services, care coordination, Project Phoenix, Recovery Corner, Healthy Beginnings (Pregnant Women’s Group), and more.
